Licensing & Sales

Yes. When you purchase a license, you own the right to use that version of the software indefinitely. The annual maintenance fee is optional after the first year and covers support and new version upgrades.

No. You cannot resell, redistribute, or wrap the library/DLLs themselves as a standalone product or SDK. However, under the Maximum Plan, you can distribute compiled applications that use the library as an internal component.

You can continue to use the software version you have. However, you will lose access to technical support and new updates/upgrades released after your maintenance period expires.

Technical

The Aurora Parser is compatible with .NET 6, .NET 8, and the latest .NET 10. It also supports .NET Framework 4.8 for legacy applications.

Yes, the library fully supports the ASC X12 HIPAA 5010 standards, including all transaction sets (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).

Our CommonEDIHandler uses a streaming approach. It processes one transaction set at a time, allowing you to parse gigabyte-sized files with minimal memory footprint.

We offer commercially reasonable best-effort support. Typically, inquiries are answered within a few hours to a few business days depending on complexity.
